Maltepe Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mimar Esin K\u00f6ymen ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda belediye y\u00f6netimi, mahalle muhtarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve b\u00f6lge sakinleriyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen toplant\u0131da, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn teknik, hukuki ve sosyal boyutlar\u0131 kapsaml\u0131 \u015fekilde ele al\u0131nd\u0131. Toplant\u0131da mevcut yap\u0131 stokunun durumu, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn hukuki \u00e7er\u00e7evesi ve Toplu Konut \u0130daresi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (TOK\u0130) uygulamalar\u0131 detayl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde de\u011ferlendirilirken, izlenecek yol haritas\u0131 da mahalle halk\u0131yla payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m, Maltepe Belediyesi\u2019nin yaln\u0131zca fiziki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda toplumsal uzla\u015f\u0131y\u0131 da \u00f6nceleyen bir anlay\u0131\u015f benimsedi\u011fini ortaya koydu.<\/p>\n
