Torbal\u0131 Belediyesi\u2019nin Ocak Ay\u0131 Meclisi\u2019nde ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u0130zmir\u2019de bir ilke imza atan kararla, Zab\u0131ta M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehdit eden i\u015fletmeleri kapatma yetkisi verilmi\u015fti. S\u00f6z konusu karar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Torbal\u0131 Zab\u0131tas\u0131, il\u00e7e genelinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi denetimlerle uygulamay\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irdi.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Denetimlerini s\u0131kla\u015ft\u0131ran zab\u0131ta ekipleri, Ocak\u2013Nisan aylar\u0131 aras\u0131nda son kullanma tarihi ge\u00e7mi\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcn sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilen marketler hakk\u0131nda i\u015flem ba\u015flatt\u0131. Al\u0131nan karar do\u011frultusunda bu i\u015fletmeler \u00fc\u00e7er g\u00fcn s\u00fcreyle m\u00fch\u00fcrlenerek kapat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u0130\u015fletmelere, Belediye Emir ve Yasaklar\u0131 Uygulama Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi Ek-1 Maddesi kapsam\u0131nda cezai i\u015flem uyguland\u0131. Y\u00f6netmelikte yer alan \u201cil\u00e7e halk\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczenine, esenli\u011fine, huzuruna ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na zarar veren bozulmu\u015f ya da son kullanma tarihi ge\u00e7mi\u015f g\u0131da maddelerinin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131\u201d h\u00fckm\u00fcne ayk\u0131r\u0131 hareket edilmesi nedeniyle verilen kapatma cezalar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, benzer ihlaller i\u00e7in de yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar netle\u015ftirildi. Buna g\u00f6re, ayn\u0131 i\u015fletmelerin ikinci kez ihlalde bulunmas\u0131 halinde daha uzun s\u00fcreli kapatma cezas\u0131 uygulanacak; \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ihlalde ise i\u015f yeri a\u00e7ma ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ruhsatlar\u0131 tamamen iptal edilecek.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u0130zmir\u2019de ilk kez Torbal\u0131 Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan hayata ge\u00e7irilen bu uygulama, il\u00e7e halk\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan memnuniyetle kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131rken, halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ad\u0131na \u00f6nemli bir g\u00fcvence oldu.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
