Uzmanlar, 70 y\u0131ll\u0131k kirlilik birikimine dikkat \u00e7ekerek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn tekil m\u00fcdahalelerle de\u011fil, Gediz Havzas\u0131\u2019n\u0131 da kapsayan b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl ve bilim temelli bir y\u00f6netim modeliyle m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurguluyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde; \u0130ZSU, \u0130ZDEN\u0130Z ve \u0130zmir Planlama Ajans\u0131 i\u015f birli\u011fiyle 26-28 Mart 2026 tarihlerinde Tarihi Havagaz\u0131 Fabrikas\u0131\u2019nda d\u00fczenlenen Uluslararas\u0131 \u0130zmir K\u00f6rfez Konferans\u0131\u2019n\u0131n sonu\u00e7 bildirgesi a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. Dokuz Eyl\u00fcl, Ege, \u0130zmir Katip \u00c7elebi, Manisa Celal Bayar ve \u0130stanbul \u00fcniversitelerinden bilim insanlar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ABD, \u00c7in, Japonya, Almanya, \u0130sko\u00e7ya ve Malezya\u2019dan uzmanlar\u0131n kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 konferans\u0131n sonu\u00e7 bildirgesi, \u0130zmir K\u00f6rfezi\u2019nin art\u0131k yaln\u0131zca yerel de\u011fil, \u00e7ok katmanl\u0131 bir ekolojik krizle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011funu ortaya koydu. Bildirgede; \u00f6trofikasyon, zararl\u0131 alg patlamalar\u0131, mikroplastik kirlili\u011fi, sediment bozulmas\u0131 ve biyo\u00e7e\u015fitlilik kayb\u0131n\u0131n K\u00f6rfez ekosistemini tehdit etti\u011fi vurguland\u0131. \u00d6zellikle \u0130\u00e7 K\u00f6rfez\u2019de artan besin tuzu y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f oksijen seviyelerinde ciddi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015flere yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131, bunun da bal\u0131k \u00f6l\u00fcmleri ve habitat kay\u0131plar\u0131na neden oldu\u011fu ifade edildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c\u0130zmir K\u00f6rfezi hepimizin ortak noktas\u0131\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Konferans\u0131n sonu\u00e7 bildirgesinin yak\u0131nda kitap\u00e7\u0131k haline getirilece\u011fini belirten \u0130ZDEN\u0130Z Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dr. I\u015f\u0131khan G\u00fcler, \u201c\u0130zmir K\u00f6rfezi hepimizin ortak noktas\u0131, bir ya\u015fam kayna\u011f\u0131. Bu nedenle \u0130zmir\u2019e verilen \u00f6nem pek \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 beraberinde getirdi. Kas\u0131m 2024\u2019te d\u00fczenledi\u011fimiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n ard\u0131ndan bu kez uluslararas\u0131 bir konferans ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin farkl\u0131 \u00fcniversitelerinden ve d\u00fcnyadan bilim insanlar\u0131 bu konferansta bir araya geldi\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c70 y\u0131ll\u0131k birikimi konu\u015fuyoruz\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6rfezdeki kirlili\u011fin uzun y\u0131llara dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan G\u00fcler, \u201cYakla\u015f\u0131k 70 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir birikim s\u00f6z konusu. 1990\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llarda al\u0131nan \u00f6nlemler ve 2000\u2019de \u00c7i\u011fli Ar\u0131tma Tesisi\u2019nin devreye girmesiyle iyile\u015fme sa\u011fland\u0131 ancak kal\u0131c\u0131 olmad\u0131. Bug\u00fcn i\u00e7 K\u00f6rfez\u2019de oksijen seviyesindeki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f ve bal\u0131k \u00f6l\u00fcmleri ciddi boyutlara ula\u015ft\u0131. Ekosistem kritik e\u015fiklere yakla\u015f\u0131yor. Dipteki birikim art\u0131k kirletici hale gelmi\u015f durumda\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cGediz temizlenmeden K\u00f6rfez temizlenmez\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kirlili\u011fin \u00f6nemli kaynaklar\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken G\u00fcler, \u201cGediz Havzas\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere derelerden ta\u015f\u0131nan kirleticiler K\u00f6rfez\u2019e ula\u015f\u0131yor. Bu; Gediz Nehri ve A\u011f\u0131l Deresi\u2019nin K\u00f6rfeze d\u00f6k\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc alanda deniz marullar\u0131n\u0131n a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ve kontrols\u00fcz \u015fekilde \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131na neden oluyor. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u00e7o\u011falan deniz marullar\u0131 \u00f6zellikle yaz aylar\u0131nda par\u00e7alanarak i\u00e7 k\u00f6rfeze ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131yor ve mikro alg patlamas\u0131n\u0131 tetikliyor. Gediz temizlenmeden, K\u00f6rfez temizlenmez. Bir kere Gediz Havzas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n y\u00f6netim plan\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc en b\u00fcy\u00fck kirleticilerden biri buras\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca dip taramas\u0131 ve sediment y\u00f6netimi art\u0131k ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cEn kritik ba\u015fl\u0131k: izleme\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00fcrecin en \u00f6nemli aya\u011f\u0131n\u0131n izleme oldu\u011funu belirten G\u00fcler, \u201cKirlili\u011fin s\u00fcrekli takip edilmesi i\u00e7in sistemler kurulmal\u0131. B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi bu konuda \u00f6nemli bir a\u015famaya geldi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar s\u00fcr\u00fcyor\u201d dedi. K\u00f6rfezdeki sorunun k\u00fcresel boyutuna da dikkat \u00e7eken G\u00fcler, \u201cBu sorun yaln\u0131zca \u0130zmir\u2019in de\u011fil, bir\u00e7ok deniz ve k\u00f6rfezin ortak sorunu. \u0130zmir\u2019in bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla \u00f6rnek bir model olu\u015fturma potansiyeli var\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>K\u00f6rfez ekosistemi \u00e7ok katmanl\u0131 tehdit alt\u0131nda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 bildirgesine g\u00f6re \u0130zmir K\u00f6rfezi, uzun y\u0131llara yay\u0131lan insan kaynakl\u0131 etkiler nedeniyle \u00f6trofikasyon, zararl\u0131 alg patlamalar\u0131, mikroplastik kirlili\u011fi ve biyo\u00e7e\u015fitlilik kayb\u0131 gibi ciddi sorunlarla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya. \u00d6zellikle i\u00e7 k\u00f6rfezde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f oksijen seviyelerinin kritik d\u00fczeylere d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, bunun da bal\u0131k \u00f6l\u00fcmleri ve habitat kay\u0131plar\u0131na yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtiliyor. Artan deniz suyu s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcreci h\u0131zland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve sistemin kritik e\u015fiklere yakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sorun: yaln\u0131zca kirlilik de\u011fil, birikmi\u015f y\u00fck<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bildirgede, sorunun art\u0131k yaln\u0131zca kirlilik de\u011fil, y\u0131llar i\u00e7inde birikmi\u015f kirlili\u011fin y\u00f6netimi oldu\u011fu vurgulan\u0131yor. Dip \u00e7amurunda biriken a\u011f\u0131r metaller ve organik kirleticilerin ekosistemi bask\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131, sediment yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ise kirlili\u011fi depolayan ve yeniden yayan bir kayna\u011fa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirtiliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gediz ve dereler ana kaynak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6rfeze ula\u015fan kirleticilerin b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn karasal kaynakl\u0131 oldu\u011fu ifade ediliyor. Gediz Nehri ve ba\u011fl\u0131 dereler ile toplam 33 dere \u00fczerinden ta\u015f\u0131nan tar\u0131m, sanayi ve yerle\u015fim kaynakl\u0131 kirlilik y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcn sistemi s\u00fcrekli bask\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekiliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm: k\u0131sa, orta ve uzun vadeli yakla\u015f\u0131m<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bilim insanlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn tek bir y\u00f6ntemle m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurguluyor. K\u0131sa vadede zararl\u0131 alg patlamalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 modifiye kil ve s\u00fcper oksijenlendirme, orta ve uzun vadede dip taramas\u0131, at\u0131klar\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6nlenmesi ve ileri biyolojik ar\u0131tma, deniz \u00e7ay\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, kabuklu canl\u0131lar ve deniz h\u0131yar\u0131 gibi t\u00fcrlerle entegre deniz ekosistemleri ile ekolojik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00f6neriliyor. T\u00fcm bu y\u00f6ntemlerin birlikte ve kademeli uygulanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi belirtiliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130zleme ve havza y\u00f6netimi kritik<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6rfez y\u00f6netiminde s\u00fcrekli izlemenin hayati oldu\u011fu vurgulan\u0131yor.
