Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, afete diren\u00e7li bir \u015fehir vizyonu do\u011frultusunda bilin\u00e7li ve haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 bir toplum olu\u015fturmak amac\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 aral\u0131ks\u0131z s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Kocaeli genelindeki Bilgievleri\u2019nde d\u00fczenlenen programlarda; deprem, sel, heyelan, yang\u0131n ve KBRN olaylar\u0131 gibi b\u00f6lgenin risk profiline uygun afet t\u00fcrleri ele al\u0131nd\u0131. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara afet \u00f6ncesi haz\u0131rl\u0131k, afet an\u0131nda do\u011fru karar verme ve afet sonras\u0131 ilk m\u00fcdahale s\u00fcre\u00e7leri uygulamal\u0131 olarak anlat\u0131ld\u0131.
