Biz \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi olarak \u00fcreticiyi g\u00fc\u00e7lendiren, kooperatifleri destekleyen ve yerel kalk\u0131nmay\u0131 \u00f6nceleyen bir anlay\u0131\u015fla hareket ediyoruz. Kooperatiflerimizin daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc hale gelmesi, \u00fcretimin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kritik \u00f6nemde. Ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z Dr. Cemil Tugay\u2019\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz Zeytin Konseyi\u2019nde, \u0130zmir\u2019in ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin zeytinya\u011f\u0131 ihracat\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir konumda oldu\u011fu, ancak as\u0131l hedefin katma de\u011ferli \u00fcretimi art\u0131rmak ve markala\u015fmak oldu\u011fu net \u015fekilde ortaya kondu. En \u00f6nemli ba\u015fl\u0131klardan biri de sekt\u00f6r genelinde kalite standardizasyonunun sa\u011flanmas\u0131\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir&#8217;den tar\u0131ma dev destek<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi olarak sa\u011flanan tar\u0131msal destekler ve kooperatiflerden yap\u0131lan al\u0131mlara da dikkat \u00e7eken \u00dcng\u00fcr, \u201c\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Tar\u0131msal Hizmetler Dairesi olarak 2026 y\u0131l\u0131nda tar\u0131ma ay\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z destekler 1,4 milyar TL\u2019yi buluyor. Bununla da yetinmedik; \u00fcretim, hastal\u0131k ve zararl\u0131larla m\u00fccadele ile sulama desteklerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u0130ZTARIM taraf\u0131ndan bu y\u0131l 22\u2019ncisi a\u00e7\u0131lan \u0130ZMAR \u015fubeleri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda do\u011frudan kooperatiflerden yakla\u015f\u0131k 694 milyon TL\u2019lik al\u0131m ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi tar\u0131mda adeta bir bakanl\u0131k gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0G\u00f6dence Tar\u0131msal Kalk\u0131nma Kooperatifi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00c7a\u011fatay \u00d6zcan Kokulu, \u201cG\u00f6dence\u2019de, tar\u0131msal ama\u00e7l\u0131 kooperatiflerin yerel y\u00f6netimlerle birlikte hareket etmesinin ne kadar \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu bizzat deneyimledik. \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, bu noktada adeta bir bakanl\u0131k gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. \u00dcreticiye dokunan, sahay\u0131 bilen ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcreten bir yakla\u015f\u0131m sergiliyor. Zeytinin anavatan\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019dir ve \u00f6zellikle Kuzey Ege, Edremit b\u00f6lgesi bu anlamda \u00e7ok \u00f6zel bir yere sahiptir. Bu de\u011feri koruyarak gelece\u011fe ta\u015f\u0131mak hepimizin sorumlulu\u011fu\u201d dedi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cHasat, kaliteyi belirleyen en kritik a\u015fama\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Zeytincilik Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nden Dr. Ayla Mumcu, zeytinya\u011f\u0131nda kaliteyi belirleyen en \u00f6nemli unsurlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda hasad\u0131n geldi\u011fini vurgulayarak, \u201cZeytin kesinlikle yere d\u00fc\u015fmeden, m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca elle hasat edilmeli. Hasad\u0131n erken ya da ge\u00e7 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 da do\u011frudan kaliteyi etkiler. Bu nedenle do\u011fru zamanda hasat, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. \u00a0Zeytin ve zeytinya\u011f\u0131nda taklit ve ta\u011f\u015fi\u015fe kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir altyap\u0131ya sahibiz. T\u00fcm bu s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin do\u011fru y\u00f6netilmesi kaliteyi g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131yor\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c\u0130malat s\u00fcre\u00e7leri de en az \u00fcretim kadar \u00f6nemli\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0Bademli Tar\u0131msal Kalk\u0131nma Kooperatifi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hur\u015fit Nall\u0131, zeytin ve zeytinya\u011f\u0131 \u00fcretiminde yaln\u0131zca bah\u00e7e bak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayarak, \u201cBir \u00fcreticinin sadece bah\u00e7esindeki iyi bak\u0131m art\u0131k yeterli de\u011fil, imalat s\u00fcre\u00e7leri de en az \u00fcretim kadar \u00f6nemli. Zeytinya\u011f\u0131nda kaliteyi y\u00fckseltmek i\u00e7in t\u00fcm zincirin do\u011fru y\u00f6netilmesi gerekiyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cBu yap\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye \u00f6rnek olmal\u0131\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0\u201cS\u00fct ve Peynir \u00dcretiminde De\u011fer Zinciri\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 panelin moderat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, Ege \u00dcniversitesi Ziraat Fak\u00fcltesi S\u00fct Teknolojisi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. Harun Ra\u015fit Uysal yapt\u0131. Uysal, \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nin \u00fcretici kooperatiflerine verdi\u011fi deste\u011fin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izerek, bunun ekonomik de\u011ferinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ayn\u0131 zamanda g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da kritik oldu\u011funu belirtti. Planl\u0131 \u00fcretim ve s\u00fcrecin do\u011fru y\u00f6netilmesi bu i\u015fin temeli. \u0130zmir\u2019de ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan model T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir \u00f6rnek; belediyeler kooperatiflere sahip \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00fcretici, kooperatif ve yerel y\u00f6netim ayn\u0131 hedefte bulu\u015fuyor ve bu da sahada kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 buluyor\u201d dedi.
