Bu nedenle otoyollarda giri\u015f ve \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktalar\u0131n\u0131n minimum say\u0131da olmas\u0131 g\u00fcvenli s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Otoyollarda ara\u00e7lar\u0131n kendi s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fcksek h\u0131zlarda ilerledi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatan \u015eener, \u201cOtoyolda ta\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n kendi s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131na g\u00f6re olabilecek en y\u00fcksek h\u0131zlarda kullan\u0131m\u0131na izin verilmi\u015ftir ve otoyola giri\u015f-\u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktalar\u0131 bu h\u0131zlar\u0131n azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 noktalard\u0131r. Bu sebeple giri\u015f ve \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yapacak s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde h\u0131z planlamas\u0131 yapabilmesi i\u00e7in otoyollarda h\u0131zlanma ve yava\u015flama \u015feritlerini bilmeleri ve fonksiyonlar\u0131na uygun bir \u015fekilde kullanmalar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6neme sahiptir.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>H\u0131zlanma \u015feridinin sonuna kadar ilerlemek gerekir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Otoyola giri\u015flerde kullan\u0131lan h\u0131zlanma \u015feritlerinin do\u011fru kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden \u00d6zg\u00fcr \u015eener, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin bu \u015feritleri \u00e7o\u011fu zaman yanl\u0131\u015f kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi ve \u201cH\u0131zlanma \u015feridi, otoyola veya ana yola kat\u0131lan ara\u00e7lar\u0131n g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde h\u0131zlanarak trafi\u011fin ak\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131na uyum sa\u011flamas\u0131 i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u015ferittir. Bu \u015feritler s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin ana yoldaki ara\u00e7lar\u0131n h\u0131z\u0131na ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. Bu h\u0131za ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in h\u0131zlanma \u015feridinin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca sonuna kadar ilerlenmesi ve ard\u0131ndan otoyola kat\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekir.\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zg\u00fcr \u015eener, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin otoyola kat\u0131lmadan \u00f6nce aynalar\u0131n\u0131 kontrol etmeleri, sinyal vermeleri ve ani manevralardan ka\u00e7\u0131nmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini de s\u00f6zlerine ekledi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Yava\u015flama \u015feridine erken girmek kazalar\u0131 \u00f6nler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Otoyoldan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flarda kullan\u0131lan yava\u015flama \u015feritlerinin de g\u00fcvenli s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u00d6zg\u00fcr \u015eener, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin s\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir hataya dikkat \u00e7ekti ve \u201cYava\u015flama \u015feridi, otoyoldan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yapacak ara\u00e7lar\u0131n g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde h\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u00f6zel bir \u015ferittir. Ancak \u00fclkemizde bir\u00e7ok s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015fa kadar otoyolda ilerleyip son anda sapaktan ayr\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Bu davran\u0131\u015f, arkadan gelen ara\u00e7larla \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fma riskini ciddi \u015fekilde art\u0131r\u0131yor. Do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde yava\u015flamak \u015feridinde bulunan ta\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n da ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 engelliyor.\u201d ifadesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>140 kilometre h\u0131zla giden ara\u00e7 saniyede 38 metre yol al\u0131yor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcksek h\u0131z\u0131n s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f hatalar\u0131n\u0131n etkisini b\u00fcy\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirten \u00d6zg\u00fcr \u015eener, otoyollarda mesafe ve h\u0131z planlamas\u0131n\u0131n hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u201cSaatte 140 kilometre h\u0131zla giden bir ara\u00e7 saniyede yakla\u015f\u0131k 38,8 metre yol al\u0131r. Bu da 5 saniyede yakla\u015f\u0131k 194 metre, yani bir bu\u00e7uk futbol sahas\u0131 kadar mesafe demektir. Bu nedenle s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler yaln\u0131zca \u00f6nlerini de\u011fil, aynalar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla arkadan gelen trafi\u011fi de s\u00fcrekli kontrol etmelidir.\u201d \u0130fadelerini kullanan \u015eener, otoyollarda g\u00fcvenli s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f i\u00e7in ara\u00e7lar aras\u0131nda en az 6 saniyelik takip mesafesi b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En sa\u011f \u015ferit s\u00fcrekli s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f \u015ferididir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Otoyollarda \u015ferit kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n da g\u00fcvenli s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu ifade eden \u015eener, \u201cS\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler otoyolda m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca en sa\u011f \u015feridi kullanarak ilerlemelidir. Sa\u011f \u015ferit d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda herhangi bir \u015feritte s\u00fcrekli s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f yapmak g\u00fcvenli de\u011fildir.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zg\u00fcr \u015eener ayr\u0131ca s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin otoyolda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fabilecekleri risklere kar\u015f\u0131 dikkatli olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirterek, emniyet \u015feridinde duran ara\u00e7lar, yola d\u00fc\u015fen y\u00fckler, t\u00fcnellerde ar\u0131zalanan ara\u00e7lar ve gece g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc zorla\u015ft\u0131ran silinmi\u015f yol \u00e7izgileri gibi tehlikelere kar\u015f\u0131 da uyard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Otoyol s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f\u00fc monotonluk nedeniyle dikkat kayb\u0131na yol a\u00e7abilir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uzun s\u00fcreli otoyol s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015flerinin s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerde dikkat kayb\u0131na yol a\u00e7abilece\u011fini ifade eden \u00d6zg\u00fcr \u015eener, bu durumun kazalara zemin haz\u0131rlayabildi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eener, \u201cOtoyol s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015fleri monoton s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f olarak tan\u0131mlanabilir.
