Bu art\u0131\u015f\u0131n ba\u015fl\u0131ca nedenleri aras\u0131nda; ya\u015fam s\u00fcresinin uzamas\u0131, sigara kullan\u0131m\u0131, obezite, sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131, fiziksel hareketsizlik ve baz\u0131 \u00e7evresel risk fakt\u00f6rleri yer al\u0131yor. \u00dcstelik kanser kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131ndan sonra d\u00fcnya genelinde en s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen ikinci \u00f6l\u00fcm nedeni olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u00d6zellikle geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde baz\u0131 ya\u015f gruplar\u0131nda ise birinci s\u0131raya yakla\u015f\u0131yor. D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn verilerine g\u00f6re, d\u00fcnyada her y\u0131l yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 milyon ki\u015fiye kanser tan\u0131s\u0131 konuluyor ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 milyon ki\u015fi bu hastal\u0131k nedeniyle hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybediyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de her y\u0131l yakla\u015f\u0131k 230\u2013240 bin yeni kanser vakas\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u00a0<strong>Ac\u0131badem Maslak Hastanesi T\u0131bbi Onkoloji Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. \u00d6mer Fatih \u00d6lmez,<\/strong>\u00a0asl\u0131nda kanserin risk fakt\u00f6rlerinin \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n kontrol alt\u0131na al\u0131nabildi\u011fini belirterek, \u201cBilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, uygun \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kanserlerin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 30\u201340\u2019\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenebilece\u011fini g\u00f6stermektedir. Kanserden korunmada en temel kurallar ise sigara kullanmamak, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmek ve d\u00fczenli egzersiz yapmakt\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra tarama tetkiklerini d\u00fczenli olarak yapt\u0131rmak da kanser riskini \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azaltabilmektedir\u201d diyor.\u00a0<strong>\u00a0T\u0131bbi Onkoloji Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. \u00d6mer Fatih \u00d6lmez,\u00a0<\/strong>kanserden korunmak i\u00e7in dikkat etmemiz gereken 10 kural\u0131 anlatt\u0131; \u00f6nemli \u00f6neriler ve uyar\u0131larda bulundu.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sigara ve t\u00fct\u00fcn \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinden uzak durun<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sigara duman\u0131nda d\u00f6rt binden fazla kimyasal madde bulunuyor ve bunlar\u0131n 50\u2019den fazlas\u0131n\u0131n kansere yol a\u00e7abildi\u011fi biliniyor. Bu etkisi nedeniyle sigara ve t\u00fct\u00fcn \u00fcr\u00fcnleri; ba\u015fta akci\u011fer kanseri olmak \u00fczere a\u011f\u0131z, g\u0131rtlak, pankreas, mesane ve b\u00f6brek gibi pek \u00e7ok kanser t\u00fcr\u00fcne yol a\u00e7abiliyor. T\u0131bbi Onkoloji Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. \u00d6mer Fatih \u00d6lmez, \u201cAra\u015ft\u0131rmalar, akci\u011fer kanserinin y\u00fczde 90\u2019\u0131ndan sigara ve t\u00fct\u00fcn \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin sorumlu oldu\u011funu ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, bu zararl\u0131 al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 ya\u015famsal \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Akdeniz tipi beslenin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sebze, meyve, tam tah\u0131llar ve liften zengin besinlerin t\u00fcketildi\u011fi \u201cAkdeniz tipi\u201d beslenme kanser riskinin azalmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir rol oynuyor. Bu besinler i\u00e7erdikleri antioksidanlar, vitaminler ve fitokimyasallar sayesinde h\u00fccrelere zarar veren serbest radikalleri azaltarak DNA hasar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemeye yard\u0131mc\u0131 oluyor. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra liften zengin besinler, ba\u011f\u0131rsakta zararl\u0131 maddelerin daha h\u0131zl\u0131 at\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak, \u00f6zellikle kolorektal kanser riskini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, liften zengin beslenmenin baz\u0131 kanser t\u00fcrlerinde riski yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 20 oran\u0131nda azaltabilece\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 kilonuzu koruyun\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6nemli sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131ndan biri olan obezite, kanser riskini art\u0131ran ba\u015fl\u0131ca fakt\u00f6rler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Obezite; kronik iltihap, artm\u0131\u015f ins\u00fclin ve IGF-1 hormon d\u00fczeyleri ile ya\u011f dokusundan salg\u0131lanan \u00f6strojen gibi baz\u0131 hormonlar\u0131n art\u0131\u015f\u0131 yoluyla h\u00fccre \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131n\u0131 tetikleyebiliyor. Bu durum baz\u0131 kanser t\u00fcrlerinin geli\u015fimine zemin haz\u0131rlayabiliyor. Obezitenin \u00f6zellikle meme, kolon, rahim, pankreas ve karaci\u011fer kanseriyle ili\u015fkili oldu\u011fu belirtiliyor. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Haftada en az 150 dakika egzersiz yap\u0131n\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00fczenli egzersiz; ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmesi, hormon dengesini d\u00fczenlemesi, ba\u011f\u0131rsak hareketlerini art\u0131rmas\u0131 ve kronik iltihab\u0131 azaltmas\u0131 sayesinde kanser riskini \u00a0d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrebiliyor. B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar; d\u00fczenli egzersizin kanser riskini yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 10 \u2013 30 oran\u0131nda azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. Bu durum DNA\u2019ya zarar vererek h\u00fccrelerin kontrols\u00fcz \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rabiliyor. Alkol t\u00fcketimi; karaci\u011fer, a\u011f\u0131z, yemek borusu, meme ve kolon kanserleriyle ili\u015fkili oluyor. Alkol t\u00fcketimi artt\u0131k\u00e7a kanser riski de y\u00fckseliyor. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130\u015flenmi\u015f et \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015flenmi\u015f et t\u00fcketimi \u00f6zellikle kolorektal kanser riskini art\u0131rabiliyor. Salam, sucuk ve sosis gibi i\u015flenmi\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcnler; i\u00e7erdikleri nitrit ve nitratlar\u0131n kansere neden olabilen N-nitrozo bile\u015fiklerine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi sebebiyle risk olu\u015fturuyor. Ayr\u0131ca, bu \u00fcr\u00fcnler y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131kta pi\u015firildi\u011finde olu\u015fan zararl\u0131 bile\u015fikler de DNA hasar\u0131na yol a\u00e7abiliyor.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00fcne\u015fin zararl\u0131 \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131ndan korunun<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131na maruz kalmak cilt kanserlerinin en \u00f6nemli nedenlerinden biri olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. G\u00fcne\u015ften korunmak ve y\u00fcksek koruma fakt\u00f6rl\u00fc g\u00fcne\u015f kremi kullan\u0131m\u0131 riski azaltabiliyor. Bu nedenle g\u00fcne\u015fin zararl\u0131 ultraviyole \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n yery\u00fcz\u00fcne en dik geldi\u011fi 11:00 \u2013 15:00 saatleri aras\u0131nda m\u00fcmk\u00fcne d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmay\u0131n. Mecbursan\u0131z g\u00fcne\u015f koruyucunuzu g\u00fcne\u015fe \u00e7\u0131kmadan yar\u0131m saat \u00f6nce uygulamay\u0131 ihmal etmeyin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enfeksiyonlara kar\u015f\u0131 a\u015f\u0131 olun<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>HPV (Human Papilloma Vir\u00fcs\u00fc) enfeksiyonu rahim a\u011fz\u0131 kanseri; hepatit B ve C vir\u00fcsleri ise karaci\u011fer kanseriyle ili\u015fkili oluyor. A\u015f\u0131 olmak bu kanserlerin \u00f6nlenmesinde etkili bir y\u00f6ntem olarak yerini koruyor.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tarama programlar\u0131n\u0131 ihmal etmeyin!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meme kanseri i\u00e7in mamografi, kolon kanseri i\u00e7in kolonoskopi ve rahim a\u011fz\u0131 kanseri i\u00e7in Pap smear ile HPV (Human Papilloma Vir\u00fcs\u00fc) tarama testleri kanserin \u00f6nlenmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6neme sahip. T\u0131bbi Onkoloji Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. \u00d6mer Fatih \u00d6lmez, hi\u00e7bir yak\u0131nman\u0131z olmasa bile bu tarama y\u00f6ntemlerini d\u00fczenli olarak yapt\u0131rman\u0131z\u0131n ya\u015famsal \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kolonoskopi:<\/strong>\u00a0Kansere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilen poliplerin saptanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 45 ya\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren 5-10 \u00a0y\u0131lda bir kolonoskopi \u00f6neriliyor.
