Kolday, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAmac\u0131m\u0131z; \u00fcniversiteden ba\u015flayarak i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131na yay\u0131lan, birlikte \u00f6\u011frenen ve birlikte \u00fcreten bir yap\u0131 kurmak. Kurumlar\u0131n birbirinden beslendi\u011fi, deneyimlerin payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kolektif akl\u0131n olu\u015ftu\u011fu bu model ayn\u0131 zamanda ku\u015faklar ve kurumlar aras\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir bilgelik k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc olu\u015fturuyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><b>Do\u011fu\u2013Bat\u0131 Aras\u0131nda E\u015fitlik K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc<\/b><\/p>\n<p>2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda, TOBB \u0130zmir Kad\u0131n Giri\u015fimciler Kurulu ile TOBB Hakkari Kad\u0131n Giri\u015fimciler Kurulu aras\u0131nda, kad\u0131n giri\u015fimcili\u011fini desteklemek ve b\u00f6lgeler aras\u0131 dayan\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek amac\u0131yla \u201cE\u015fitlik Y\u0131ld\u0131zlar\u0131 \u0130\u015f Birli\u011fi Protokol\u00fc\u201d imzalanarak \u0130zmir ile Hakkari aras\u0131nda ilham verici bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc kurulmu\u015ftur. TOBB Hakkari Kad\u0131n Giri\u015fimciler Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Sevda Keskin\u2019in deste\u011fiyle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, ilgili illerdeki Kad\u0131n Giri\u015fimciler Kurullar\u0131 ve \u00fcniversitelerle geli\u015ftirilecek i\u015f birlikleri sayesinde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin do\u011fusu ile bat\u0131s\u0131 aras\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir bilgi ve deneyim ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 hedeflenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><b>Mentorluk ile Kurumsal D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Proje kapsam\u0131nda mentor \u015firketler, toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi alan\u0131ndaki deneyimlerini menti \u015firketlerle payla\u015farak onlar\u0131n kendi yol haritalar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmelerine destek olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Program s\u00fcresince kapsay\u0131c\u0131 i\u015f ortamlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, liderlikte kad\u0131n temsili ve e\u015fitlik politikalar\u0131n\u0131n kurumsalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi alanlarda somut ilerleme hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>E\u015fitlik Y\u0131ld\u0131zlar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ay\u0131rt edici \u00f6zelliklerinden biri, \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencilerinin s\u00fcrece aktif kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r.
