Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n yo\u011fun ilgi g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi e\u011fitim hem bilgilendirici hem de uygulamal\u0131 i\u00e7eri\u011fiyle dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fitim kapsam\u0131nda ilk olarak Hem\u015fire G\u00fclseren \u015eent\u00fcrk, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara kad\u0131n ve \u00fcreme sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 hakk\u0131nda temel bilgiler aktard\u0131. Ard\u0131ndan Sosyolog- Nefes E\u011fitmeni Ra\u015fide Ba\u015fak, yoga ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa etkileri \u00fczerine kapsaml\u0131 bir sunum ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n yaln\u0131zca fiziksel iyilik haliyle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan Ra\u015fide Ba\u015fak, bedensel, zihinsel ve ruhsal dengenin bir b\u00fct\u00fcn oldu\u011funu belirterek, \u201cGer\u00e7ek anlamda sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olabilmek i\u00e7in zihin, ruh ve beden uyum i\u00e7inde olmal\u0131d\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Modern ya\u015fam\u0131n getirdi\u011fi yo\u011fun tempo ve \u00e7oklu sorumluluklar\u0131n kad\u0131nlar \u00fczerinde ciddi bir y\u00fck olu\u015fturdu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken Ba\u015fak, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te nefesin y\u00fczeyselle\u015fti\u011fini, bunun da hem zihinsel yorgunluk hem de fiziksel a\u011fr\u0131lara yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. Ayn\u0131 zamanda bir fark\u0131ndal\u0131k ve i\u00e7e d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f prati\u011fidir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><b>YOGA STRES HORMONUNU AZALTIYOR<\/b><\/p>\n<p>D\u00fczenli yoga prati\u011finin bir\u00e7ok faydas\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirten Ba\u015fak, yogan\u0131n kas ve eklem esnekli\u011fini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, duru\u015f bozukluklar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczeltti\u011fini ve \u00f6zellikle masa ba\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir destekleyici oldu\u011funu ifade etti. Ba\u015fak bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdi\u011fini, dola\u015f\u0131m\u0131 destekledi\u011fini ve enerji seviyesini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Zihinsel etkilerine de de\u011finen Ba\u015fak, \u201cAra\u015ft\u0131rmalar, d\u00fczenli yoga yapan bireylerde stres hormonunun azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve kayg\u0131 seviyesinin d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6steriyor. Yoga zihinsel sakinlik sa\u011flar, odaklanmay\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131r ve uyku kalitesini iyile\u015ftirir. Duygusal dengeyi destekler ve dikkat s\u00fcresini uzat\u0131r.
