D\u00fcnyada her y\u0131l yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 milyon yeni vaka g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrken, \u00fclkemizde y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 22 bin ki\u015fi bu hastal\u0131kla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kal\u0131yor. Bu rakamlar, hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6zellikle 50 ya\u015f \u00fcst\u00fc bireyleri etkiledi\u011fini g\u00f6sterse de, 50 ya\u015f alt\u0131 gen\u00e7 yeti\u015fkinlerde de vaka say\u0131s\u0131nda belirgin bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u00dclkemizde \u00f6zellikle Kuzeydo\u011fu Anadolu, Ortado\u011fu Anadolu ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu\u2019da hayat kayb\u0131 oranlar\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6zleniyor. Kolon kanseri erken evrede tespit edildi\u011finde y\u00fcksek oranda tedavi edilebilir olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, ge\u00e7 te\u015fhis durumunda ciddi sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131na yol a\u00e7abiliyor. Baz\u0131 ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri ile kolorektal kanser riski %30-50 oran\u0131nda azaltabiliyor ve erken tan\u0131 ile 5 y\u0131ll\u0131k sa\u011fkal\u0131m oran\u0131 %90&#8217;\u0131n \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kabiliyor. Memorial Antalya Hastanesi Genel Cerrahi B\u00f6l\u00fcm Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Alihan G\u00fcrkan, kolon kanserinin nedenleri, korunma y\u00f6ntemleri ve tedavileri hakk\u0131nda bilgi verdi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>50 ya\u015f \u00fcst\u00fc ki\u015filerin \u00f6zellikle dikkat etmesi gerekiyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kolorektal kanser, kal\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131rsak ve rektum h\u00fccrelerinin kontrols\u00fcz b\u00fcy\u00fcmesiyle olu\u015fur ve genellikle poliplerin zamanla kansere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesiyle ba\u015flar. Kesin nedeni tam bilinmese de, risk fakt\u00f6rleri aras\u0131nda genetik yatk\u0131nl\u0131k, ileri ya\u015f (\u00f6zellikle 50 ya\u015f \u00fcst\u00fc), sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z beslenme, obezite, sigara ile alkol kullan\u0131m\u0131, hareketsiz ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 ve inflamatuar ba\u011f\u0131rsak hastal\u0131klar\u0131 (Crohn veya \u00fclseratif kolit gibi) yer al\u0131r. Bu fakt\u00f6rler h\u00fccrelerde genetik de\u011fi\u015fikliklere yol a\u00e7arak kanser geli\u015fimini tetikleyebilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bu belirtileri g\u00f6rmezden gelmeyin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kolon kanserinin belirtileri genellikle erken evrede belirgin olmayabilir ve ki\u015fiden ki\u015fiye de\u011fi\u015febilir, ancak yayg\u0131n olan belirtiler a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibidir;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u0131\u015fk\u0131da kan g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi<\/li>\n<li>Ba\u011f\u0131rsak al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiklik (ishal, kab\u0131zl\u0131k veya d\u0131\u015fk\u0131 \u015feklinde incelme)<\/li>\n<li>Kar\u0131n a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 veya kramplar<\/li>\n<li>A\u00e7\u0131klanamayan kilo kayb\u0131<\/li>\n<li>Yorgunluk ve halsizlik\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bu belirtiler fark edildi\u011finde doktora ba\u015fvurmak \u00f6nemlidir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc erken tan\u0131 tedavi \u015fans\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kolon kanserinden korunmak i\u00e7in bunlara dikkat edin;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kolorektal kanser b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklikleriyle \u00f6nlenebilir. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki maddeleri uygulayarak riskinizi \u00f6nemli oranda azaltabilirsiniz:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 edinin:<\/strong>\u00a0Meyve, sebze ve tam tah\u0131llar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zengin bir diyet uygulay\u0131n. K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et ve i\u015flenmi\u015f et t\u00fcketimini s\u0131n\u0131rlay\u0131n. Lifli g\u0131dalar ba\u011f\u0131rsak sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korur ve kanser riskini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sigara ve alkol\u00fc b\u0131rak\u0131n<\/strong>: Sigara i\u00e7mek kolorektal kanser riskini art\u0131r\u0131r. Alkol t\u00fcketimini minimuma indirin veya tamamen b\u0131rak\u0131n, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu maddeler ba\u011f\u0131rsak h\u00fccrelerine zarar verir.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kilonuzu kontrol alt\u0131nda tutun:<\/strong>\u00a0Fazla kilolar, \u00f6zellikle kar\u0131n b\u00f6lgesindeki ya\u011flanma, kanser riskini y\u00fckseltir. \u0130deal kilonuza ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in dengeli beslenme ve hareketli bir ya\u015fam\u0131 tercih edin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>D\u00fczenli egzersiz yap\u0131n:<\/strong>\u00a0Haftada en az 150 dakika orta \u015fiddette egzersiz ba\u011f\u0131rsak hareketlerini d\u00fczenler ve kanser riskini azalt\u0131r. Her g\u00fcn 30 dakika y\u00fcr\u00fcmek bile faydal\u0131 olabilir.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tarama testlerini ihmal etmeyin:<\/strong>\u00a045-50 ya\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren d\u00fczenli kolonoskopi yapt\u0131r\u0131n. Erken evrede polip tespiti, kanserin \u00f6nlenmesini sa\u011flar. Aile \u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fc varsa daha erken ba\u015flay\u0131n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Su t\u00fcketimini art\u0131r\u0131n ve kab\u0131zl\u0131ktan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n:<\/strong>\u00a0Bol su i\u00e7mek ve d\u00fczenli tuvalet al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 edinmek ba\u011f\u0131rsak sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korur.
