\u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u201cRezerv Yap\u0131 Alan\u0131\u201d ilan edilen yakla\u015f\u0131k 7,2 hektarl\u0131k b\u00f6lgede t\u00fcm i\u015f ve i\u015flemleri y\u00fcr\u00fctmek \u00fczere Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi ge\u00e7ici olarak yetkilendirildi. B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan titizlikle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler ve imzalanan protokoller do\u011frultusunda gerekli \u00e7o\u011funluk sa\u011fland\u0131. 6306 say\u0131l\u0131 kanun kapsam\u0131nda vatanda\u015flar\u0131n r\u0131zas\u0131yla ula\u015f\u0131lan bu a\u015fama, projenin uygulama s\u00fcrecinin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7t\u0131.<\/p>\n

Proje kapsam\u0131nda yerinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan alanlardaki hak sahipleri i\u00e7in yeni bir yerle\u015fim alan\u0131 belirlendi. B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi ile Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan anla\u015fma do\u011frultusunda hak sahipleri Derince Sopal\u0131 Mahallesi\u2019nde yer alan 9,09 hektarl\u0131k rezerv yap\u0131 alan\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131nacak. Burada in\u015fa edilecek konutlar, g\u00fcncel deprem y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine uygun ve sosyal donat\u0131 alanlar\u0131yla desteklenmi\u015f modern ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131 olarak planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
