Mersin Yeni\u015fehir Belediyesi, yol yap\u0131m ve onar\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131r a\u00e7acak bir yenili\u011fe imza att\u0131. Belediye b\u00fcnyesindeki m\u00fchendisler taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir ilk olan “Asfalt Aderans Band\u0131” ile asfalt\u0131n \u00f6mr\u00fc uzarken, “Deflektometre” cihaz\u0131yla da zemin \u00e7\u00f6kmelerinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7iliyor.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00d6zellikle beceri temelli e\u011fitimde ve ekolojik tar\u0131mda T\u00fcrkiye’ye rol model olan Yeni\u015fehir Belediyesi asfalt \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda da bir ilke imza att\u0131. Modern \u015fehircilik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yol \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 bilimsel verilere ve kendi Ar-Ge mutfa\u011f\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kan teknolojik \u00fcr\u00fcnlere dayand\u0131ran Yeni\u015fehir Belediyesi yama ve onar\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131, belediyenin kendi m\u00fchendislerinin geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi patentli \u00fcr\u00fcnlerle \u00e7ok daha dayan\u0131kl\u0131 hale getiriyor.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

T\u00dcRK\u0130YE’DE B\u0130R \u0130LK; SBS KATKILI ASFALT ADERANS BANDI <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u200b<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u200bYeni\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nin en dikkat \u00e7eken ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131, Ar-Ge s\u00fcre\u00e7leri tamamen belediye m\u00fchendisleri taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen Asfalt Aderans Band\u0131 oldu. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de hen\u00fcz ba\u015fka bir belediye taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lmayan bu \u00fcr\u00fcn i\u00e7in T\u00fcrk Patent Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019ne resmi ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131ld\u0131. \u200bAsfalt Aderans Band\u0131, eski ve yeni asfalt aras\u0131nda su s\u0131zd\u0131rmaz bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc kurarak derz ve \u00e7atlak yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Yine SBS katk\u0131l\u0131, polimer-bit\u00fcm esasl\u0131 yap\u0131s\u0131yla elastik ve kal\u0131c\u0131 bir ba\u011flant\u0131 sunuyor ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 100\u00b0C s\u0131cakl\u0131kta eriyerek so\u011fudu\u011funda iki farkl\u0131 asfalt tabakas\u0131n\u0131 tek bir g\u00f6vde gibi birle\u015ftiriyor. Band\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fi, geni\u015fli\u011fi, kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u00e7ekme mukavemeti tamamen Yeni\u015fehir Belediyesi m\u00fchendislerince belirlendi.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u200bDEFLEKTOMETRE \u0130LE ‘SIFIR \u00c7\u00d6KME’ HEDEF\u0130 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u200bYollardaki en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorun olan \u00e7\u00f6kme ve \u00e7ukurla\u015fmaya kar\u015f\u0131 ise Deflektometre cihaz\u0131 devreye al\u0131nd\u0131. \u200b\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Fen \u0130\u015fleri M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Yol \u015eube \u015eefi Hasan Kuru, bu cihaz sayesinde art\u0131k g\u00f6z karar\u0131 ile de\u011fil, bilimsel \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerle hareket ettiklerini belirterek,\u200b”Daha \u00f6nce yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yamalarda zemin sertli\u011fini \u00f6l\u00e7emedi\u011fimiz i\u00e7in \u00e7\u00f6kmeler ya\u015fanabiliyordu. \u015eimdi Deflektometre ile zeminin gerekli sertli\u011fe ula\u015f\u0131p ula\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 test ediyoruz. Silindir ve kompakt\u00f6rlerle zemin ideal sertli\u011fe gelene kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor, ancak bilimsel veriyi ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda yama i\u015flemine ge\u00e7iyoruz.” ifadelerini kulland\u0131. Geli\u015ftirdikleri teknolojinin belediye b\u00fct\u00e7esine ve yol konforuna b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan Kuru, “Bu \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ve sistemi kendi m\u00fchendis ekiplerimizle olu\u015fturduk. Hem yol \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc uzat\u0131yor hem de kamu kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok daha verimli kullanm\u0131\u015f oluyoruz. Yeni\u015fehir’e bu teknolojiyi kazand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in gururluyuz.” \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
