Efes Sel\u00e7uk Belediye Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Bilgi Keskin, k\u00fct\u00fcphanenin sadece okuma alan\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel bir merkez oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekerek, \u201cHer ya\u015ftan vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kitapla bulu\u015fmas\u0131 bizim i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.
