Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, G\u00f6lc\u00fck il\u00e7esine ba\u011fl\u0131 Sarayl\u0131 Mahallesi\u2019ndeki tescilli yap\u0131da y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yenileme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda sona yakla\u015ft\u0131. Kentin tarihi kimli\u011fini ya\u015fatarak gelecek nesillere aktaran B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir, tarihi yap\u0131da son r\u00f6tu\u015flar\u0131 yap\u0131yor. \u0130nce oymalar\u0131 ve zarif s\u00fcslemeleriyle d\u00f6neminin estetik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131tan bu nadide eser, restorasyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan gelecek ku\u015faklara aktar\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n

Fen \u0130\u015fleri Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00dcstyap\u0131 \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc koordinasyonunda, Koruma Kurulu ve KUDEB denetiminde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen projede; giri\u015f kattaki sergi salonunda yer alan ve yap\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli unsurlar\u0131ndan biri olan \u00f6zg\u00fcn motifli ah\u015fap tavan korundu. Yap\u0131 genelinde deforme olan b\u00f6l\u00fcmler, restorasyon projesine uygun ve asl\u0131na sad\u0131k kal\u0131narak yenilendi. Bina; ta\u015f temel \u00fczerine oturan ah\u015fap konstr\u00fcksiyon sistemi ve duvar aras\u0131 ah\u015fap dolgu tekni\u011fiyle in\u015fa edilmi\u015f olup, ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 sistemde kullan\u0131lan me\u015fe a\u011fac\u0131 yap\u0131ya ilave dayan\u0131m sa\u011fl\u0131yor. 1900\u2019l\u00fc y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda in\u015fa edildi\u011fi de\u011ferlendirilen tarihi yap\u0131, ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan k\u0131sa s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan kente kazand\u0131r\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n
