Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, SEKA K\u00fclt\u00fcr Alan\u0131\u2019nda yer alan k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve sanat merkezlerine bir yenisini daha ekleyerek, b\u00f6lgeye modern bir bilim ve teknoloji merkezi kazand\u0131r\u0131yor. Projenin hayata ge\u00e7irilece\u011fi eski SEKA Mekanik At\u00f6lye binas\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131 tamamlan\u0131rken, kaz\u0131 ve hafriyat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 da sona erdi. B\u00f6ylece yeni yap\u0131n\u0131n in\u015fas\u0131 i\u00e7in zemin haz\u0131r hale getirildi. Projede, in\u015faat\u0131n en kritik a\u015famalar\u0131ndan biri olan temel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ge\u00e7ildi ve temel betonunun yar\u0131s\u0131 tamamland\u0131. Temel membran yal\u0131t\u0131m imalatlar\u0131 s\u00fcrerken, yap\u0131 g\u00fcvenli\u011fini sa\u011flayacak donat\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda da yo\u011fun mesai harcan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

At\u00f6lye b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde \u00e7elik imalatlar\u0131 h\u0131z kesmeden s\u00fcrerken, bu geli\u015fme Tekno\u015fehir\u2019in planlanan takvim do\u011frultusunda h\u0131zla ilerledi\u011fini ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n

Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Tahir B\u00fcy\u00fckak\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde hayata ge\u00e7irilen Tekno\u015fehir Projesi tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda; kodlama, robotik, dijital \u00fcretim ve giri\u015fimcilik alanlar\u0131nda faaliyet g\u00f6sterecek bir\u00e7ok birim tek \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda toplanacak. SEKA\u2019n\u0131n sanayi miras\u0131 \u00fczerinde y\u00fckselen proje, yaln\u0131zca bir yap\u0131 olman\u0131n \u00f6tesinde; gen\u00e7lerin teknolojiyle bulu\u015ftu\u011fu, \u00fcretti\u011fi ve kendini geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi bir merkez olma \u00f6zelli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yacak.<\/p>\n
