Kad\u0131nlarda bu durum menopoz sonras\u0131 art\u0131yor. Genellikle ilk kalp krizi daha \u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl oluyor ve bunun \u00f6nemli nedenlerinden biri hastaneye ge\u00e7 ba\u015fvuru\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131 hem d\u00fcnyada hem de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de en yayg\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcm nedeni. Kalp ve damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131; koroner kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131, serebrovask\u00fcler hastal\u0131k ve romatizmal kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi kalp ve kan damarlar\u0131n\u0131 etkileyen bir grup rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaps\u0131yor. Bu hastal\u0131klara ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin be\u015fte d\u00f6rd\u00fcnden fazlas\u0131 kalp krizi ve inme nedeniyle oluyor, \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin \u00fc\u00e7te biri ise 70 ya\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131ndaki ki\u015filerde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. Genetik fakt\u00f6r olmas\u0131 durumunda maalesef aile \u00fcyesinin kalp damar hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 geli\u015fme riski belirgin \u015fekilde artabiliyor. Bunun yan\u0131nda ilerleyen ya\u015f, \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131, y\u00fcksek tansiyon, y\u00fcksek kolesterol ve t\u00fct\u00fcn \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc kullan\u0131m\u0131 da tehlike \u00e7anlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ald\u0131r\u0131yor. Obezite, hareketsiz ya\u015fam, sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z beslenme ve yo\u011fun tuz kullan\u0131m\u0131 gibi al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar ise ikincil risk fakt\u00f6rleri aras\u0131nda bulunuyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Belirtiler farkl\u0131 \u015fekillerde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabiliyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kalbin verebilece\u011fi sinyalleri anlamak i\u00e7in ona kulak verilmesi gerekti\u011fini dile getiren Alagi\u00e7, \u201cKalbi bir eve benzetiyorum. Nas\u0131l ki bir evde su tesisat\u0131, elektrik sistemi, duvarlar ve kap\u0131lar bir b\u00fct\u00fcn halinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorsa, kalp de benzer \u015fekilde farkl\u0131 yap\u0131lardan ve sistemlerden olu\u015fuyor. Bu sistemlerde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bir sorun, kendini farkl\u0131 \u015fikayetlerle g\u00f6sterir. Muayene s\u0131ras\u0131nda da bu do\u011frultuda de\u011ferlendirme yaparak sorunun kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirleriz. Ancak hasta belirtileri g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edip sa\u011fl\u0131k merkezine ge\u00e7 ba\u015fvurursa her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00f6nleme ra\u011fmen hayat\u0131na kalp yetmezli\u011fi ile devam etmek zorunda kalabilir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00fcnl\u00fck al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klarla kalp sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 desteklenebilir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kalp sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in t\u00fct\u00fcn \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin kesinlikle b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Alagi\u00e7, \u201cAyr\u0131ca \u00f6zel durumu olan hastalar hari\u00e7 haftan\u0131n en az 5 g\u00fcn\u00fc en az yar\u0131m saat egzersiz yap\u0131lmal\u0131. G\u00fcnl\u00fck tuz t\u00fcketimi T\u00fcrk mutfa\u011f\u0131nda bu miktar 18 grama kadar \u00e7\u0131kabilse de 5 gram\u0131 ge\u00e7memeli. Bal\u0131k t\u00fcketimi omega-3 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zengin somon, uskumru ve sardalya gibi t\u00fcrlerle haftada en\u00a0az 1 olmal\u0131, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca azalt\u0131lmal\u0131 ve haftada en fazla 350-500 gram t\u00fcketilmeli. G\u00fcnde 30 gram \u00e7i\u011f kuruyemi\u015f, en az 200 gram meyve ve en az 200 gram sebze t\u00fcketimi gibi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck de\u011fi\u015fikliklerle kalbi korumak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kalp kontrollerine ba\u015flama ya\u015f\u0131 giderek d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kalp sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n takip\u00e7isi olmak i\u00e7in neler yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine de de\u011finen Alagi\u00e7, \u201cErkeklerde 40 ya\u015f\u0131ndan sonra, kad\u0131nlarda ise menopozdan 5-6 y\u0131l sonra y\u0131ll\u0131k kontrol tetkiklerine ba\u015flamak \u00f6nemli ancak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z ya\u015fam al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7ok yayg\u0131n oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in bu ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131 giderek d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor.
