O, narratif terapi ve bibliyoterapi y\u00f6ntemlerini as\u0131rlar \u00f6nce hik\u00e2yelerle kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131; bug\u00fcn Harvard ve Yale\u2019de okutulan Pozitif Psikoloji, asl\u0131nda Mevl\u00e2na\u2019n\u0131n metodolojisidir.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yapay zek\u00e2 ve &#8220;ak\u0131ll\u0131 tasar\u0131m&#8221; analizi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Teknolojinin ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 son noktay\u0131 &#8220;Tevhid&#8221; inanc\u0131 ve matematiksel modellerle a\u00e7\u0131klayan Prof. Dr. Tarhan, yapay zek\u00e2n\u0131n ilahi bir tasar\u0131m\u0131n delili oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi ve \u201cMatematik ve mant\u0131k bilgisayarlar\u0131; matematik ve felsefe ise yapay zek\u00e2y\u0131 do\u011furdu. &#8216;Fuzzy Logic&#8217; (Bulan\u0131k Mant\u0131k) ve 2024 Nobel Fizik \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc alan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, k\u00e2inat\u0131n tesad\u00fcfi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kan\u0131tl\u0131yor. Yapay zek\u00e2, Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019de belirtilen &#8216;Levh-i Mahfuz&#8217; (evrensel veri taban\u0131) kavram\u0131na bilimsel bir delil te\u015fkil ediyor. Bu, &#8216;Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Tasar\u0131m&#8217;\u0131n ve S\u00fcper-determinizmin matematiksel ispat\u0131d\u0131r.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Modern insan kanser h\u00fccresi gibi t\u00fcketiyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Endonezya gezisi kapsam\u0131nda \u0130stiklal K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi ve Yunus Emre Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019ndeki konu\u015fmalar\u0131nda modern insan\u0131n &#8220;hazc\u0131l\u0131k&#8221; (hedonizm) ve &#8220;narsisizm&#8221; k\u0131skac\u0131nda oldu\u011funu belirten Prof. Dr. Tarhan, narsisizmi biyolojik bir felaketle k\u0131yaslad\u0131 ve &#8220;Narsisizm, v\u00fccuttaki en \u00f6zg\u00fcr ama en tehlikeli h\u00fccre olan kanser h\u00fccresine benzer. Bu durum, bireyi kalabal\u0131klar i\u00e7inde derin bir yaln\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa s\u00fcr\u00fckl\u00fcyor.&#8221; \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pozitif Psikolojinin Referans\u0131 Mevl\u00e2na\u2026 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bat\u0131 d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n son y\u0131llarda &#8220;Mutluluk bilimi&#8221; olarak sundu\u011fu Pozitif Psikoloji\u2019nin asl\u0131nda Mevl\u00e2na\u2019n\u0131n metodolojisi oldu\u011funu belirten Tarhan, PERMA modelini tasavvufi kavramlarla a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Pozitif Psikolojinin en son teorisi olan Seligman\u2019\u0131n PERMA Modeli\u2019nde bulunan 5 maddenin tasavvufta bulundu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken Prof. Dr. Tarhan, bu maddeleri \u015f\u00f6yle a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cP harfi (positive emotion), E harfi (engagement), R harfi (relationships), M harfi (meaning) ve A harfi (accomplishment). Birinci madde;\u00a0ki\u015finin hayat\u0131nda ilk ba\u015fta pozitif alg\u0131yla hareket etmesi. Bu nedir? Tasavvufta insanlar aksini g\u00f6rmedik\u00e7e her insan dost olabilir diyor. Bu felsefenin ayn\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131p, pozitif psikolojide i\u015flemi\u015fler. \u0130kincisi ki\u015finin mutlu olaca\u011f\u0131 i\u015fe angaje olmas\u0131 yani\u00a0k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u015feylerden mutlu olma hali.\u00a0\u015e\u00fck\u00fcr kelimesinin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u015feylere \u015f\u00fckredebilmek. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc madde ili\u015fki kurmak,\u00a0sosyal ba\u011flar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc tutmak, bu da tasavvuftaki dost insan kavram\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geliyor. Tasavvufun \u00f6z\u00fc sana yard\u0131m edecek dost mu ar\u0131yorsun, o \u00e7ok az ama yard\u0131m edilecek dost ar\u0131yorsan o kadara \u00e7ok var ki.\u00a0\u0130yilik yapmay\u0131 y\u00f6ntem haline getirmek irfan \u00f6\u011fretisinin felsefesi. D\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc anlaml\u0131l\u0131k,\u00a0Her i\u015fe anlam kat. Tasavvuf k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn bir \u00f6\u011fretisi de yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z her i\u015fin anlam\u0131 var tebess\u00fcm etmek bile sadaka kabul ediliyor. Tebess\u00fcm\u00fcn bile sadaka kabul edildi\u011fi k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u015fu anda bilimsel olarak tan\u0131mlayabiliyoruz.
